Review

If your Request for Consideration is accepted, you’ll then have a chance to review and sign the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

We value your independence and history. We will work with you individually to determine what parts of the Padgett identity strengthen your brand rather than detract from it.

No, all of our firms are individually owned. If you are looking for a buyer, we may be able to connect you with someone interested in purchasing.

No. We provide guidance and suggestions for services and pricing, but the decision is ultimately up to you.

No, many of our offices work remotely!

You or someone in your firm needs to have full ability to practice before the IRS, which generally means having a CPA or EA on your staff. We can provide assistance with hiring someone as needed.

We’ll check your financials and credit history, but we don’t have a minimum liquid cash requirement.

Padgett offers some of the lowest royalty rates in the industry, as low as 4.5% and never more than 9%.

We offer flexible pricing, typically starting at $9,250. There are some other costs for your software, website and supplemental marketing services, but contracts provide significant discounts compared to what you’d be paying on your own.
